Terms & Conditions
The terms below govern your use of ArionCraft services and website.
1. Orders & quotes
Quotes are valid for the period stated in your proposal. Production begins after design approval and any required deposit. We reserve the right to decline projects that violate safety or intellectual property guidelines.
2. Payments & cancellations
Payment terms are confirmed per order. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once production or modeling has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Product use & liability
3D printed items are intended for the use case discussed at order time. ArionCraft is not liable for misuse, modifications after delivery, or normal wear beyond the agreed material specification.
